USO DE ANTIINFLAMATORIOS NO ESTEROIDEOS COMO CAUSA DE HEMORRAGIA DIGESTIVA EN NIñOS

Las lesiones gastrointestinales debidas al uso de antiinflamatorios no esteroides en niños pueden manifestarse con hematoquecia, dolor abdominal, melena en el examen digital rectal, sangre oculta en materia fecal e hipoalbuminemia. Aquí se reportan 2 casos de hemorragia digestiva en niños luego del uso de estos fármacos. |
