MELHORIA DA FORÇA ISOCINÉTICA APÓS 24 SEMANAS DE TREINO MULTICOMPONENTE E TREINO COMBINADO EM IDOSOS

O presente estudo demonstra que um programa multicomponente (ME), 2 vezes por semana, tem um efeito reduzido na força muscular. Os resultados mostraram ainda que adição um programa de força de intensidade moderada, duas vezes por semana, ao protocolo ME é suficiente para induzir melhorias significativas na força em idosos saudáveis.
