Este trabajo proporciona una herramienta indispensable para la caracterización fenotípica y funcional de la población CD34+ dérmica humana

AISLAMIENTO DE CÉLULAS CD34+ DÉRMICAS MEDIANTE DISGREGACIÓN Y SEPARACIÓN MAGNÉTICA.

Hemos desarrollado un protocolo de aislamiento de la población CD34+ presente en la dermis humana, basado en la digestión con colagenasa de biopsias de piel total y subsiguiente purificación con bolas magnéticas anti-CD34. Este protocolo proporciona una herramienta muy útil para su caracterización fenotípica y funcional.
