ACEPTACION DE LAS MODIFICACIONES GENETICAS EN ANIMALES

Los consumidores dan mayor importancia al tipo de modificación genética que al precio en la compra de carne bovina; prefieren el producto no transgénico, pero no rechazan todos los tipos de modificaciones genéticas y se muestran positivos hacia una modificación que incorpore caracteres beneficiosos para la salud.
