RASTREIO COMBINADO DE PRÉ-ECLÂMPSIA

Após revisão sistemática da literatura disponível, concluímos que, quando se utiliza testes de que combinam o Doppler das artérias uterinas com a história materna, a pressão arterial média e/ou marcadores bioquímicos do soro materno, os resultados relativos ao rastreio de pré-eclâmpsia precoce são encorajadores, mesmo quando o rastreio é realizado no primeiro trimestre de gravidez.
