EFICIENCIA DE AMPLIFICACIÓN DEL VIRUS DEL DENGUE

La porción distal de la región NS del Virus del Dengue es específica de serotipo y bien conservada permitiendo su eficiente uso para la amplificación de los virus circulantes en Venezuela y posiblemente en las Américas.
