EL TRATAMIENTO DE LA LEUCEMIA NO AFECTA LA FUNCIÓN ENDOCRINA DEL TESTÍCULO EN NIÑOS

Si fue administrado antes de la edad de 10 años, el tratamiento de la leucemia con los protocolos estandarizados en las dos últimas décadas no afecta la producción de hormonas testiculares en niños Si lo fue posteriormente, podría provocar una alteración leve, que no requiere intervención médica durante la adolescencia.
