Primera aproximación estructural a esta diana en protozoos parásitos

ESTRUCTURA Y FUNCION DE LA METIONINA ADENOSILTRANSFERASA EN EL AGENTE INFECCIOSO LEISHMANIA DONOVANI

Se ha sugerido recientemente el papel de la metionina adenosiltransferasa en la resistencia a fármacos. Realizamos un estudio estructural con mutantes y deleciones con el fin de identificar regiones implicadas en la actividad de esta enzima en el protozoo parásito Leishmania donovani, el agente infeccioso de la leishmaniosis visceral en humanos.
