El trabajo describe el caso clínico de una paciente que queda embarazada en un estadio terminal de microlitiasis alveolar pulmonar.

MICROLITIASIS ALVEOLAR PULMONAR Y EMBARAZO DE TERMINO

Creemos que el caso presente, la primera comunicación de un embarazo de término en etapas finales de microlitiasis alveolar pulmonar, muestra la evolución típica de la enfermedad, sin ninguna consecuencia diferente imputable al embarazo concomitante. Si hubiera habido cambios en la evolución de la enfermedad, éstos no tendrían ningún impacto en el crecimiento y desarrollo fetal.
