Göteborg, Suecia: Los pacientes que han sobrevivido a un paro cardíaco gracias a la resucitación cardiopulmonar exitosa, no parecen mostrar mejorías significativas en su función cognitiva durante el primer año. Sin embargo, durante los primeros 45 días se producen importantes avances en el desempeño motor para las actividades cotidianas.
