CALIDAD DE VIDA RELACIONADA CON EL USO DE TAMOXIFENO Y RALOXIFENO EN LA PREVENCION DEL CANCER DE MAMA

Pittsburgh, EE.UU.: No hubo diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre el tamoxifeno y el raloxifeno en distintos parámetros de calidad de vida (físicos y psíquicos), aunque el tamoxifeno se relacionó con mejor funcionamiento sexual. Este último se asoció con mayores alteraciones ginecológicas, síntomas vasomotores y calambres, y el raloxifeno con trastornos músculoesqueléticos, dispareunia y aumento de peso.
