EXTRACTO DEL EPICARPIO DE PALTA HASS INHIBE LA UREASA DE HELICOBACTER PYLORI

Los polifenoles bioactivos extraídos a partir de epicarpio de palta Hass actúan como potentes antioxidantes e inhibidores de la ureasa de Helicobacter pylori. Así, en la elaboración de productos que contribuyan a prevenir o limitar las consecuencias patológicas asociadas a la presencia de la bacteria, se justificaría su inclusión como ingredientes funcionales en alimentos y nutraceúticos.
