INFLUENCIA DEL GRADIENTE DE PRESION VENOSA HEPATICA EN LA PREDICCION DE LA SUPERVIVENCIA EN LA ERA MELD

El GPVH tiene un valor relevante en la explicación de la supervivencia teniendo en cuenta la puntuación MELD, y mejora la predicción de supervivencia para un determinado paciente; sin embargo, la adición del GPVH no mejora la capacidad discriminativa de las variables MELD.
