O trabalho auxilia no entendimento das bases metabólicas do dermatófito Trichophyton rubrum através da expressão diferencial de genes

TRANSCRITOS SUPEREXPRESSOS DO PATÓGENO HUMANO TRICHOPHYTON RUBRUM CULTIVADO EM LIPÍDEO

A investigação da regulação gênica durante o crescimento de Trichphyton rubrum em fonte lipídica, através de Hibridização Subtrativa Supressiva, traz as primeiras bases moleculares sobre a ativação de transcritos em dermatófitos por lipídeos, componentes encontrados em células infectadas e que servem de nutrientes durante o processo infeccioso.
