CARACTERIZACION DE LA ESTRUCTURA Y EL AUTORRECONOCIMIENTO DE LA PROTEINA CENTROSOMAL HUMANA NA14: IMPLICACIONES PARA SU ESTABILIDAD Y SU FUNCION

Los residuos 14-104 de la proteína humana NA14 adoptan estructuras helicoidales que se autoasocian de forma paralela, mientras que las regiones N-teminal y C-terminal están desordenadas. La autoasociación y oligomerización de NA14 se encuentra relacionada con su función como un adaptador molecular que media las interacciones entre los microtúbulos y la proteína espastina.
