RENTABILIDAD DIAGNOSTICA DE LAS INFECCIONES MICOBACTERIANAS DISEMINADAS MEDIANTE MEDULA OSEA Y SANGRE

Los cultivos de sangre representan un procedimiento más sensible y menos invasivo que los de médula ósea en el diagnóstico de las infecciones diseminadas causadas por MAC, especialmente cuando se utilizan para el cultivo botellas MycoF/Lytic. Sin embargo, no hay diferencias en el diagnóstico de infecciones diseminadas causadas por MTBC.
