El trabajo contribuye a explicar parcialmente los efectos cardioprotectores atribuídos al consumo moderado de vino tinto

BENEFICIOS CARDIOPROTECTORES DEL CIS-RESVERATROL PRESENTE EN EL VINO

El isómero cis del polifenol resveratrol presente en el vino tinto provoca una modulación significativa de genes relacionados con la ruta de señalización mediada por el factor nuclear kappa B que puede explicar parcialmente los efectos cardioprotectores del vino tinto que forma parte de la dieta mediterránea.
