IDENTIFICACION DE ANTIGENOS RELEVANTES EN LA INTERACCION ENTRE M. TUBERCULOSIS Y CELULAS BLANCO

Los procesos de unión e infección de M. tuberculosis a células humanas susceptibles pueden estar mediados por interacciones del tipo receptor-ligando. La identificación de secuencias peptídicas del patógeno, que se unen específicamente a células blanco pueden ser relevantes en el desarrollo de métodos que permitan controlar o erradicar la infección causada por M. tuberculosis.
