BENEFÍCIOS DA ORIENTAÇÃO AOS PAIS DURANTE A HOSPITALIZAÇÃO INFANTIL

Profissionais da saúde podem implementar estratégias efetivas para (a) diminuir as diversas dificuldades encontradas por pais e filhos no contexto de procedimentos médicos e hospitalização e (b) aumentar a adesão dos pacientes pediátricos a tais procedimentos. Por meio da orientação, os pais devem tornar-se conscientes da importância de apoiarem seus filhos nessa situação.
