EXPRESION DE ERITROPOYETINA HUMANA EN CELULAS EPITELIALES MAMARIAS IN VITRO E IN VIVO

Con este trabajo se demostró la capacidad de los vectores adenovirales para facilitar la expresión, en la leche de mamíferos, de proteínas recombinantes que resultan tóxicas para los hospedantes transgénicos de forma sencilla y muy rápida. Permite la caracterización físico-química y la actividad biológica de biofármacos expresados en la leche sin la necesidad de recurrir a la generación de un animal transgénico.
