DETERMINANTES ESTRUCTURALES DEL TRANS-2-NONENAL QUE PERMITEN LA INHIBICION DE LAS PROTEINAS TIROSINA FOSFATASAS

La insaturación alfa,beta (y no un doble enlace en otra posición) es el determinante estructural más importante para la inhibición de la actividad tirosina fosfatásica, siendo el alquenal con nueve átomos de carbono el más efectivo para producir dicha inhibición.
