POLIMORFISMOS DEL PPAR-GAMMA Y LIPIDEMIA POSPRANDIAL

El polimorfismo Pro12Ala asociado a un genotipo de la apolipoproteína E no E3/3 se asocia con un elevado riesgo de presentar lipidemia posprandial en pacientes con síndrome metabólico tras una sobrecarga grasa, lo que demuestra una estrecha relación entre estos dos genes en la regulación del aclaramiento de lipoproteínas.
