Confirmación de la morfología de doble cúpula de concavidad inferior del suelo pélvico, además de demostrar que el embarazo, el parto o ambos produce una modificación de la situación anatómica y morfológica

RELACION DEL EMBARAZO Y EL PARTO CON LA ANATOMO-MORFOLOGIA DEL ELEVADOR DEL ANO

La concavidad y la anteriorización de las cúpulas del fascículo iliococcígeo del elevador del ano son mayores en las mujeres nulíparas que en las que han tenido algún hijo por parto vaginal. Además, se pone de manifiesto la asociación de la nuliparidad con una cúpula izquierda más alta y anterior y de la multiparidad con una cúpula derecha más alta y anterior.
