TRATAMIENTO DEL SÍNDROME DE DOLOR REGIONAL COMPLEJO TIPO I CON KETAMINA ORAL

La utilización de ketamina puede ser una opción útil en el tratamiento de pacientes con síndrome de dolor regional complejo tipo I refractario a otros tratamientos convencionales. La terapia de desensibilización central utilizando antagonistas NMDA requiere la selección precisa del paciente, la individualización del tratamiento, realizando prueba de tolerabilidad previa, y el seguimiento estrecho del paciente para valorar posibles efectos secundarios y el control evolutivo.
