El presente estudio analiza 69 pacientes que tras una transferencia electiva infructuosa, solicitaron transferencia de sus blastocistos crioconservados

LA VITRIFICACION DE BLASTOCISTOS HUMANOS, GENETICAMENTE DIAGNOSTICADOS, INCREMENTA LA TASA ACUMULADA DE GESTACION EN CURSO POR CICLO, EMPLEANDO UN SISTEMA CERRADO

Los resultados técnicos, clínicos y el demostrado incremento significativo en la tasa acumulada de gestación permiten plantear la vitrificación de preembriones, biopsiados y diagnosticados, en estadio de blastocistos en vez de preembriones biopsiados en estadios más tempranos (día 3 de desarrollo) como estrategia a considerar en los programas de DGP.
