A cross sectional longitudinal study
EFFICACY OF CLASSICAL AYURVEDA IN RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

This unique 7-year study remains the only one to have tested ayurveda as a whole system in which ayurvedic physicians administered treatment and allopathic physicians evaluated the outcomes. Rigorous allopathic efficacy criteria showed that classical ayurvedic treatment for rheumatoid arthritis was safe and that patients improved significantly in all parameters.
