Este trabajo permite ampliar los conocimientos sobre el efecto del antidepresivo amitriptilina, en dosis muy bajas en situaciones de estrés crónico.

En este trabajo nos proponemos investigar en ratas, el efecto de amitriptilina bajo situaciones de estrés sobre los niveles de catecolaminas, adrenalina y noradrenalina y la conducta de ansiedad, las cuales son afectadas por la separación materna temprana y el estrés crónico cuando adulto
