Alterações adaptativas específicas do esporte estão sendo diagnosticadas na articulação glenoumeral dos tenistas juvenis de elite. Desenvolver tal perfil isocinético de força do tenista pode ser extremamente útil na melhora do rendimento esportivo, e também é um importante elemento para prevenção e reabilitação de lesões.
