Este estudio contribuye a entender la influencia del fluido peritoneal en el desarrollo de la endometriosis

CONTRIBUCION DEL LIQUIDO PERITONEAL EN LA PATOGENIA DE LA ENDOMETRIOSIS

El líquido peritoneal de mujeres con endometriosis indujo la expresión de P450Arom y SF1 en células de endometrio control sugiriendo que moléculas constituyentes podrían estar participando en la etiopatogénesis de la endometriosis favoreciendo el microambiente estrogénico del endometrio eutópico, y la viabilidad y crecimiento de implantes endometriales en locaciones ectópicas.
