PAPEL DE LAS TRISOMÍAS EN EL MIELOMA MÚLTIPLE HIPERDIPLOIDE

Los reordenamientos estructurales de las trisomías son un factor de riesgo de progresión tumoral en el Mieloma Múltiple Hiperdiploide. Dada la hetrogeneidad clínica de esta enfermedad es fundamental un seguimiento citogenético periódico de los pacientes, especialmente aquellos que muestren reordenamientos estructurales de alguna trisomía.
