Este trabajo contribuyen a explicar los motivos de la fuerte controversia sobre el origen de la señal reoencefalográfica

INFLUENCIA DEL GROSOR DEL CUERO CABELLUDO EN LA CONTRIBUCION DEL RIEGO SANGUINEO CEREBRAL AL REOENCEFALOGRAMA

Los resultados teóricos obtenidos empleando un modelo geométrico de la cabeza sugieren que la capacidad de la reoencefalografía para reflejar el flujo sanguíneo cerebral depende fuertemente del grosor del cuero cabelludo, lo que puede explicar la controversia acerca del origen de la señal reoencefalográfica.
