Textos completos autorizados (TCA).
encontrarán comentarios, entrevistas, notas periodísticas, cartas a
autores u otros textos precursores de debates o aclaratorios.
Sociedad Iberoamericana de Información Científica (SIIC) selects
complete quality-full texts which have been recently published in
renowned sources worldwide and are indexed by SIIC Data
Bases.
The increasing number of Open Access articles widens the reading offer
but, also, such myriad complicates the readers search of fundamental
articles. To facilitate this, SIIC biomedical professionals daily
consult a profuse amount of documents that will feed
Authorized Full Texts (TCA, Spanish acronym).
The citations of the AFT section link legally, authorized and free of
charge with the full texts published in the official web sites of
their corresponding sources.
SIIC created, produced and handles the AFT software that deciphers
the various documentary fields that form part of the structure of a
study: specialty, study style, source, publication and selection
dates, source definition, query limitations, summary in Spanish,
etc.
While most of the selected texts belong to original articles,
reviews, and guidelines, readers will also find commentaries,
interviews, journalistic reports, letters to authors or other texts
that may lead to discussions or clarifications.

The influence of physical activity on internet addiction among Chinese college students: the mediating role of self-esteem and the moderating role of gender.
The influence of physical activity on internet addiction among Chinese college students: the mediating role of self-esteem and the moderating role of gender.
Fuente:Bmc Public Health
Extracto:
The physical activity
level of male students is significantly higher than that of female students,
while the degree of internet addiction among female students is notably higher
than that of male students. Physical activity can not only directly improve the
issue of internet addiction among college students, but also indirectly improve
it through self-esteem, with gender playing a moderating role in this process.
This conclusion has practical reference significance for preventing and
controlling internet addiction among college students, and provides evidence
support for using physical activity as a reference solution in clinical
applications. Additionally, it suggests that gender should be taken into account
when preventing and intervening in internet addiction among college students, and
different strategies and methods should be adopted for male and female students.
Male students should be encouraged to participate more in physical activities,
gradually increasing the frequency, duration, and intensity of their
participation, in order to divert their attention and enhance their sense of
achievement in sports, thereby reducing their use of mobile phones. For female
students, on the other hand, it is important to strengthen real-life
communication, change the form of sports participation, engage in group,
collaborative, and different situational sports activities, and enhance their
focus and attention in sports, in order to reduce their internet dependency,
better guide them to use the internet reasonably, and enable them to achieve
emotional release through sports.

while the percentage of women using community care increased. However, the

considered with caution as no data was available on relevant outcomes such as

Our review outlined that few studies considered
chronic diseases as a whole and that few patients are involved in the
co-construction of data collection tools as well. There is an evidence gap
concerning the results in terms of methodological quality when engaging patients
in their design. Future research should evaluate why cannabis' effectiveness
varies between patients, and how access affects the decision to use or not to use
MC, particularly regarding the relationship between patients and healthcare
providers. Future research should consider age and gender while assessing
perceptions and should take into consideration the legislation status of cannabis
as these factors could in fact shape perception. To reduce stigma and stereotypes
about MC users, better quality and accessible information on MC should be
disseminated.

musculoskeletal disorders in the participants. Considering the importance of the
role of health education in promoting behaviors related to musculoskeletal
disorders in nurses and the importance of observing related behaviors in
preventing long-term complications, the necessity of education in a wider
dimension and with different tools is felt more and more in society. Therefore,
longer interventions with this aim could be carried out on nurses and other
