Surgical treatment of infective spondylodiscitis
TRANSPEDICULAR CURETTAGE AND DRAINAGE VS COMBINED ANTERIOR-POSTERIOR SURGERY FOR INFECTIVE SPONDYLODISCITIS

Transpedicular curettage and drainage technique proved to be a useful technique for treating hematogeneous infectious spondylodiscitis in patients unable to undergo the conventional combined anterior and posterior surgery in a single day.

Tratamiento quirúrgico de la espondilodiscitis.
Curetaje Transpedicular y Drenaje respecto de Cirugía Combinada Anterior y Posterior en la Espondilodiscitis Infecciosa

En los pacientes que no pueden ser sometidos a cirugía convencional anterior y posterior combinada en el mismo día, el curetaje transpedicular con drenaje es una alternativa útil para el tratamiento de la espondilodiscitis hematógena infecciosa.
