INMUNOENSAYO PARA LA DETECCIÓN RÁPIDA DE SULFATIAZOL EN MIEL

Los riesgos asociados con el consumo de alimentos contaminados con antibióticos, la importancia de un control riguroso para cumplir con los objetivos reguladores y proteccionistas, y los inconvenientes (personal entrenado, equipamiento sofisticado y caro) para su análisis por métodos cromatográficos, hacen necesarios métodos analíticos sensibles, fiables, económicos y rápidos.
