Este estudio aclara la indicación de la gammagrafía con macroagregados de albúmina en el diagnóstico y pronóstico del síndrome hepatopulmonar.
UTILIDAD DE LA GAMMAGRAFÍA CON MACROAGREGADOS DE ALBÚMINA EN EL SÍNDROME HEPATOPULMONAR
La gammagrafía con macroagregados de albúmina tiene baja sensibilidad para el diagnóstico del síndrome hepatopulmonar. Puede ser útil en caso de enfermedad pulmonar concomitante. Sus valores no se correlacionan con la mortalidad en los casos leves o moderados y se normalizan tempranamente luego del trasplante hepático.
