Textos completos autorizados (TCA).
encontrarán comentarios, entrevistas, notas periodísticas, cartas a
autores u otros textos precursores de debates o aclaratorios.
Sociedad Iberoamericana de Información Científica (SIIC) selects
complete quality-full texts which have been recently published in
renowned sources worldwide and are indexed by SIIC Data
Bases.
The increasing number of Open Access articles widens the reading offer
but, also, such myriad complicates the readers search of fundamental
articles. To facilitate this, SIIC biomedical professionals daily
consult a profuse amount of documents that will feed
Authorized Full Texts (TCA, Spanish acronym).
The citations of the AFT section link legally, authorized and free of
charge with the full texts published in the official web sites of
their corresponding sources.
SIIC created, produced and handles the AFT software that deciphers
the various documentary fields that form part of the structure of a
study: specialty, study style, source, publication and selection
dates, source definition, query limitations, summary in Spanish,
etc.
While most of the selected texts belong to original articles,
reviews, and guidelines, readers will also find commentaries,
interviews, journalistic reports, letters to authors or other texts
that may lead to discussions or clarifications.

Malaria infection led to alterations in immune and haematological
parameters in this group, with mild and moderate malaria parasitaemia in the
study cohort. Although there were some significant differences, the assessed
values remained mostly within the normal range. Further studies in a larger
cohort assessing pregnant women infected with placental malaria and those with
fatal outcomes are important to further investigate the role of NETs in malaria
infection.

Immune-related prognostic biomarkers in CC include HLA-DMA, DMBT1,
CXCR6, CX3CL1, and SEMA3A. The risk score for the five genes is more accurate
than that for other clinical risk factors in predicting prognosis at 3 and
5 years. The higher the risk score is, the worse the prognosis of CC patients is.
Five prognostic biomarkers may participate in regulating TME through
chemokine-mediated signaling pathways and receptor-ligand interactions. These
findings provide new insights into the immunotherapy of CC.

AND
RELEVANCE: This retrospective study included both cohort and test-negative
case-control designs. In the cohort design, acid-suppressive therapy was
significantly associated with celiac disease autoimmunity. In the test-negative
case-control design, this association was not significant. These results suggest
a residual confounding by health care utilization in cohort designs studying
celiac disease and suggest a noncausal association between acid-suppressive
therapy and celiac disease autoimmunity.

Fuente:Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology Rb&e

Children and adolescents represent a small subset of OTC patients,
with indications linked to common pediatric malignancies. For active
storage ≥ 10 years, they store longer than adults, likely due to delayed
reproduction or awaiting in vitro growth / in vitro maturation in hematological
cases. Overall, adults store longer, but adolescent storage has risen over time
possibly due to higher child mortality and previously limited OTC use in younger
patients. Mean ovarian cortex surface data may guide pediatric tissue harvest
recommendations, with unilateral oophorectomy advised. Fertility preservation
counseling and cost coverage should be standard for pediatric patients undergoing
gonadotoxic treatment. A tailored approach to OTC indications is essential,
especially in high-mortality cancers like leukemia or sarcoma. Favorable
pregnancy rates observed, even without OTT, suggest possible OTC overutilization,
highlighting the need for individualized strategies and careful clinical
decision-making to balance risks and preserve reproductive potential.
